Giving back to the place we are lucky to call HOME.
The Slifer Smith & Frampton Foundation
Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate has been an active supporter of a variety of community organizations in Summit County for many years. We recognize that investing in our community is a fundamental part of what makes Summit County a great place to live. In order to increase our giving capabilities and outreach, the Slifer Smith & Frampton Foundation was established in 2015 and has been growing our impact ever since. We are proud to support many of the amazing local charities in our community that foster education, youth, arts, athletics, environmental stewardship, and make our mountain towns the very best place to live!

September Match Madness
During Match Madness, donations to Summit County non-profits can go twice as far! The SSF Foundation matches donations made through our website, dollar for dollar, up to a total of $25,000 during the campaign! To qualify for participation in the matching program, organizations must be on our approved list of charities and have submitted a grant application in the past. Details of the 6th Annual September Match Madness Program will be announced in September 2021.
Annual Grant Cycle
The SSF Foundation’s grant and sponsorship application process is once per calendar year. Each fall the grant application cycle opens for consideration for the following fiscal year. All organizations on our contact list are notified via email when the grant application becomes available. Learn more about the grant cycle and how to qualify for funds.
Employee Giving: Give Local Club
Giving back is very much part of the culture at Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate. Each year the SSF Foundation challenges brokers and staff to raise $25,000 internally, and strives for 100% participation from our team members. Donations raised by the Give Local Club are used as matching funds, making September Match Madness possible.
Community Fundraising Event
In 2019 the SSF Foundation hosted its inaugural community fundraiser with 80s party band, 6 Million Dollar Band at Ten Mile Music Hall in Frisco during the weekend of the Frisco BBQ. The event was a huge success, with 350 people in attendance and $10,000 raised for local non-profits through ticket sales, silent auction and the generosity of our sponsors. The SSF Foundation plans to resume the Community Fundraiser once it is safe to do so.
Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate brokers and staff enjoy giving back by volunteering in our community. Recently they've devoted time to projects such as participating in a trail building day, serving food at community dinners, and getting local youth outside to enjoy the great outdoors!
